Launceston Tamar Valley Adina Place City View Apartments I was expecting a lot less from Adina Place City View Apartments because the price was so low, especially compared to some of the other apartment facilities.

I was surprised at how much value you get for your money. The building is a bit old but everything is really comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had a real oven and a microwave.

The best thing about the Adina Apartments is the location. You are right in the heart of Launceston and everything is close by. All of the apartments have balconies with fabulous views of the town.

The staff were wonderful and genuinely happy to help with anything.

They were all locals and really had great recommendations for dining and shopping that you won’t find through tour guides. This is definitely not a fancy or frilly place to stay but it is a wonderful place for a young family or anyone on a budget.
