Bokchoy Tang - Chineses Restaurant - Melbourne

Bokchoy Tang is a stylish, informal restaurant featuring contemporary Chinese cuisine of the Yellow and Yangtze Rivers.

There is an emphasis on steamed food, hand-made dumplings as well as market-fresh seafood.

The quest for quality and respect for the natural, delicate flavours of each ingredient are principles on which Chinese cuisine is based.

Executive chef /owner George Qing uses this philosophy to design menus to suit the most discerning diner, and to add to the richness and diversity of Melbourne's restaurant scene.

The Old Melbourne Gaol is a fantastic foray into Australian history. Being able to access the gaol and its associated buildings, you can experience what it was like to be locked up in the late 19th century.

Great beach if you want to hang around with the crowd.  Packed with tourists this is the busiest and most packed beach on the gold coast.  Just across the road from Cavill Ave it's an open front beach which stretches for kilometers and joins with Main beach and Broad beach.  Cavill Ave offers lots of coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, shops and hotels.

The Pinnacles, in Nambung National Park, are one of those eerie, spectacular places in Australia which everyone should see at least once. Make sure you bring at least a litre of water per person.
