Colmslie Beach Reserve

Brisbane Australia

Recommended by : valu4money

Right alongside the Brisbane River sits Colmslie Beach Reserve. This is a fantastic family leisure-spot and the natural surroundings have been enhanced with a number of facilities for children. This includes the Octopus Garden playground and the bike path which could probably test some adults as well. With picnic and BBQ facilities, it can become a favourite amongst families looking for an affordable activity the whole family will enjoy. For those small minds interested in the workings of aviation, they can view planes coming and going from the airport nearby. After all those adventures, the beach is ideally placed to cool off the young and young at heart. This has been rated one of Brisbane’s top ten parks, and it’s easy to see why. Hours of Operation: 7 days.

Harbour Town - Gold Coast
Great bargain shopping outlet on the Gold Coast. I like to check out Harbour Town before going to DFO even though it's a bit further away. I always find something in Roger David, and always check Jag, Power House and Adidas when I'm looking for guys shirts, sports wear and business wear. Harbour Town is a large shopping center mainly filled with outlets for a large variety of stores. Very similar to DFO near Brisbane airport.
National Sports Museum
If you know your sport you will have heard of the MCG, or Melbourne Cricket Ground. Visiting this expansive stadium is a must for any sports fan, and while you’re there you can head up to the National Sports Museum.

Live TV channels online from the former Yugoslavia. About $8 AU dollars per month, compared to TV Plus which is $60 per month this is great. We use the wireless ADSL 2+ connect the laptop to your TV using HD cable and you get a pretty good picture.
