Taking organic restaurant cooking to a new level, Le Cru offers a range of raw, plant based materials that are designed to provide the diner with a nutritious and appealing meal that will fill the stomach and the senses. Everything in store is prepared daily by the chef who has a focus on raw organic cookery. Everything is served either raw or in a slow dehydrated format to preserve all the nutrients and enzymes allowing you to feast on food that is ideal for your body. On Tuesday evenings, Le Cru offers cooking lessons where you will learn about the process of serving this food and then get to enjoy it afterwards. Even the drinks are organic at Le Cru with a range of tea, coffee, mocktails and alcoholic beverages available.
