St Helens Point - Bay of Fires - Tasmania

Just a short drive away from Bay of Fires is St Helens Point. The contrast between the two places is amazing. St Helens Point has vast sand dunes along the beach. The native grass keeps the dunes stabilized and allows for other plants to grow in the area. Another odd feature of St Helens Point in the fresh water at Onion Creek. It seems really out of place in the Sahara-like landscape.

While you are visiting the East Alligator region of Kakadu National Park, you must stop in at the Injalak Arts and Crafts Centre. The setting is absolutely amazing, with deep gorges and amazing rock formations.
Pho is a Vietnamese staple dish and most good restaurants that offer it have little else. It’s based around noodles and meat in broth, and at Pho 88 you’ll find a selection of very inexpensive Pho options as well as a few Vietnamese alternative dishes.

The smell of grilled meat permeates the place, a bit of an Oxford Street institution. It got a bit of a tarting up a while back - it may look mock-Sydney glam now but rest assured the grills haven't changed.
Sonoma - Sydney
Sonoma produces commercial yeast-free and organic sourdough bread and you will find the items produced by this shop in many restaurants in Sydney. If you have not yet tasted the breads made from Sonoma, then you are certainly missing something great because the breads here are amazing.
